If you have Muscle-Ups;
10 Min EMOM
2 Muscle-Ups

20 Min Alternating EMOM
5 Handstand Push-Ups (increase your deficit and/or do them strict but do not exceed 5)
10 Single Arm Dumbbell Overhead Squats (5 each side)
20 Sit-Ups
30 Double Unders
